Wow, what a day! We started the day early with a subway ride to Grand Central to catch the Macy's parade. My sister's good friend, Anamika, just moved to NYC and started with a new company yesterday who happened to be located on the 21st floor on Broadway - just down the street from Macy's. They were having a party for the parade and invited all of us. Such a treat! We started out viewing the parade from above while sipping mimosas, hot chocolate and eating pastries. During the parade, we moved down to the 9th floor and then to the street to get the full magnitude of the balloons. One word - AMAZING! We were so grateful to have the opportunity to see the parade, let alone get VIP treatment. We are so very fortunate for our dear family and friends and of course, for this awesome trip to NYC! Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Here are a few of the 1,000 photos we took:Thursday, November 27, 2008
