Last night while I was feeding the dog, I realized something had gotten into the bag of food and had eaten ALL of the remaining pound of food. No droppings were left at the scene so we launched an all-out search for the culprit(s). We discovered this nice hole in the sheetrock and that's when we brought out the big guns. With sticky traps, mouse, and rat traps, we were sure to rectify the situation. Before bed last night, Beej found a giant mouse (he assured me it wasn't a rat) caught on the last sticky pad. Clearly Mickey was well fed by all of the dog food he'd consumed. With the mouse in custody, we thought the situation was under control. However, this morning we woke up and found all of the traps set off (food gone) and the sticky traps completely missing.

Joke is definitely on us! The war is ON!! The hunter in Beej has been unleashed. As for me, I'll be inside standing up on a chair screaming. Who knows what we're up against in those walls?!
